Support programs
Butterfly’s Support Programs provide guidance and tools for people in recovery from an eating disorder as well as for their carers.
The programs are delivered in a group format with interactive discussion around key topics and areas of challenge, and because they are skills-based, the programs work best alongside other treatment or support.

Understanding Eating Disorder Recovery (UEDR)
Caring for a person with an eating disorder can be a long-term and skilled commitment. Yet friends and families often need to provide care with very little training or support.
