Butterfly’s Support Programs provide guidance and tools for people in recovery from an eating disorder as well as for their carers.
The programs are delivered in a group format with interactive discussion around key topics and areas of challenge, and because they are skills-based, the programs work best alongside other treatment or support.
For people seeking recovery from an eating disorder
This virtual eight week program is available to anyone over age 18, anywhere in Australia, and will renew your hope for recovery. You will learn skills for re-engaging with your healthy self, including ways to develop positive thinking and feelings about your body and food.
For carers – friends and family seeking support skills
Collaborative Care Skills Workshop

Understanding Eating Disorder Recovery (UEDR)
Caring for a person with an eating disorder can be a long-term and skilled commitment. Yet friends and families often need to provide care with very little training or support.
